Instructions
Preparation Steps
Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain excess fat.
Stir in taco seasoning and add 0.25 cup of water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine shredded lettuce, seasoned ground beef, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, black olives, and red onion.
Crush tortilla chips and add to the bowl. Drizzle with Catalina dressing.
Toss to combine and serve immediately.
Notes
Add avocado or sour cream for extra flavor. Can be made ahead of time and assembled just before serving.
