Taco Salad

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef cooked and crumbled
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 head romaine lettuce chopped
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup corn drained
- 1 cup black beans rinsed and drained
- 1 cup tortilla chips crushed
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions
Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it into small crumbles. Drain excess fat, stir in taco seasoning and the package directions water, and simmer until thickened.
Cool the seasoned beef for a few minutes while you chop the lettuce and tomatoes and prepare the remaining toppings.
Arrange lettuce in a large bowl or on a platter. Add tomatoes, cheese, corn, black beans, and the seasoned beef.
Top with crushed tortilla chips. Serve with salsa and sour cream, tossing just before eating.
