- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese divided
- 1 can black beans drained and rinsed
- 16 ounces frozen tater tots

Preparation Steps
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and mix well. Stir in black beans.
- Spread the beef mixture evenly in a casserole dish. Top with half the cheddar cheese.
- Arrange tater tots in a single layer on top of the mixture. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
- Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes or until tater tots are golden brown and cheese is melted.
