  • 0.25 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Orange zest

Preparation Steps

  • Combine cranberries, sugar, orange juice, water, and orange zest in a medium saucepan.
  • Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the cranberries have burst and the sauce has thickened.
  • Remove from heat and let cool completely. The sauce will continue to thicken as it cools.
  • Serve chilled or at room temperature.
