  • In a large bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Let stand for 5 minutes until foamy.
  • Add olive oil and salt to the yeast mixture. Gradually add flour, mixing until a soft dough forms.
  • Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 5-7 minutes, or until smooth and elastic. Alternatively, use a stand mixer with a dough hook for 5 minutes.
