toffee chocolate cheeseballs

A rich and creamy toffee chocolate cheeseball perfect for any occasion. Loaded with chocolate chips and toffee bits, then coated in sprinkles for a festive touch.

  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 0.75 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate morsels
  • 0.5 cup toffee bits (Heath)
  • sprinkles Sprinkles for coating

Preparation Steps

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until fluffy, about 3 minutes. Add powdered sugar and brown sugar, beating until smooth. Stir in chocolate morsels and toffee bits.
  • Wrap the mixture in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1-2 hours to firm up.
  • Once chilled, form the mixture into a ball and roll in sprinkles to coat. Chill again if needed before serving.
