Classic tuna salad recipe with celery, onion, and mayonnaise, perfect for sandwiches or crackers.

  • 2 cans tuna in water, drained albacore or light tuna
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 0.25 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • In a medium bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, lemon juice, and black pepper.
  • Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  • Serve immediately or chill for later.

Notes

Add a pinch of salt to taste. For a creamier salad, add more mayonnaise.
