  • 2 cups Cooked Turkey Shredded
  • 8 ounces Egg Noodles
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup 10.75 ounces
  • 0.5 cup Milk
  • 0.5 cup Frozen Peas
  • 0.25 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese Optional, for topping

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine cooked turkey, cream of mushroom soup, milk, and frozen peas.
  • Add cooked noodles to the bowl and mix well.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese, if desired.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes

This casserole can be made ahead of time and refrigerated until ready to bake. Add a breadcrumb topping for extra crunch.
