Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine cooked turkey, cream of mushroom soup, milk, and frozen peas.
Add cooked noodles to the bowl and mix well.
Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese, if desired.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
This casserole can be made ahead of time and refrigerated until ready to bake. Add a breadcrumb topping for extra crunch.
