Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large pot or Dutch oven, combine the turkey broth, carrots, celery, and onion.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
Add the shredded turkey, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
Stir in the egg noodles and cook until tender, about 8-10 minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For a richer flavor, use homemade turkey broth. You can also add other vegetables, such as potatoes or green beans.
