Tuscan White Bean Dip

A creamy and flavorful Tuscan White Bean Dip, perfect for serving with crusty bread or vegetables.

  • 15 ounce canned cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • 0.25 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • In a food processor, combine the cannellini beans, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  • Process until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Add more lemon juice for tanginess or salt for flavor.
  • Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and drizzle with a little extra olive oil. Garnish with fresh rosemary, if desired.
  • Serve immediately or chill for later. Serve with crusty bread, pita chips, or vegetables for dipping.

Notes

This dip can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
