Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a food processor, combine the cannellini beans, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Process until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Add more lemon juice for tanginess or salt for flavor.
Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and drizzle with a little extra olive oil. Garnish with fresh rosemary, if desired.
Serve immediately or chill for later. Serve with crusty bread, pita chips, or vegetables for dipping.
