Preparation Steps
In a medium saucepan, combine the milk, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and nutmeg (if using).
Whisk the ingredients together until well combined.
Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it is hot but not boiling. This should take about 5-10 minutes.
Once hot, remove from heat. Pour the milk tea into two mugs.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For a richer flavor, you can use whole milk. Adjust the sugar and spices to your preference.
