  • In a medium saucepan, combine the milk, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and nutmeg (if using).
  • Whisk the ingredients together until well combined.
  • Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it is hot but not boiling. This should take about 5-10 minutes.
  • Once hot, remove from heat. Pour the milk tea into two mugs.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For a richer flavor, you can use whole milk. Adjust the sugar and spices to your preference.
