Vanilla Honey Baked Figs

Delicious baked figs with vanilla and honey, perfect for a dessert or snack.

  • 8 Fresh Figs
  • 2 tablespoons Honey Preferably local honey
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tablespoons Butter Unsalted

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Wash and gently dry the figs. Cut a cross on top of each fig.
  • Place figs in a baking dish. Dot with butter and drizzle with honey. Add vanilla extract.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, or until figs are soft and honey is bubbly.
  • Let cool slightly before serving. Serve warm with a dollop of yogurt or ice cream (optional).
