These Vanilla Honey Baked Figs are a simple yet elegant dessert. The figs are tender and sweet, infused with the warm flavors of vanilla and honey.

  • 12 Fresh Figs stems trimmed
  • 0.25 cup Honey
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tablespoon Butter cut into small pieces
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Arrange figs in a baking dish.
  • Drizzle honey and vanilla extract over the figs. Dot with butter pieces, and sprinkle with salt
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until figs are tender and juicy.
  • Serve warm, with a drizzle of pan juices. Serve with ice cream for best results
