Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a pot, combine vegetable broth, coconut milk, ginger, and lemongrass. Bring to a simmer.
Add mushrooms and tofu to the pot. Cook for 10 minutes.
Stir in lime juice, soy sauce, and sugar. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
