Preparation Steps
Cut the watermelon in half. Place one half cut-side down on a cutting board.
Slice the watermelon half into 1-inch thick planks.
Cut each plank into 1-inch thick 'fries'.
Arrange the watermelon fries on a serving platter.
In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey, and lime zest until smooth.
