Watermelon Fries

A fun and refreshing way to enjoy watermelon, cut into fry shapes and served with a light yogurt dip.

Watermelon Fries

  • 0.5 large watermelon Seedless watermelon

Yogurt Dip

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon Lime zest
  • Mint leaves fresh, chopped, optional

Preparation Steps

  • Cut the watermelon in half. Place one half cut-side down on a cutting board.
  • Slice the watermelon half into 1-inch thick planks.
  • Cut each plank into 1-inch thick 'fries'.
  • Arrange the watermelon fries on a serving platter.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey, and lime zest until smooth.

  • Stir in the fresh chopped mint, if using.
