Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Coat a large baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
In a shallow bowl, place the fat-free egg substitute. In a separate shallow bowl, mix the bread crumbs, paprika, and garlic salt.
Dip the chicken cubes into the egg substitute, then toss in the bread crumb mixture until fully coated.
Place the coated chicken pieces on the prepared baking sheet and lightly spray the tops with cooking spray.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until the chicken poppers are golden brown and cooked through.
While the chicken bakes, prepare the dip by whisking together the fat-free Greek yogurt and dry ranch seasoning in a small serving bowl.
Assemble the snack guide board by arranging the baked chicken poppers, celery sticks, baby carrots, and the bowl of ranch dip on a large platter.
Serve immediately and enjoy a guilt-free Super Bowl party!
