Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Better Than Bouillon Beef, and garlic powder. Mix thoroughly until well blended.
Line a 9x13-inch baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the beef mixture evenly across the sheet. Cut into 12 squares and create 5 small holes in each using a spoon.
Freeze the beef sheet for 3 hours to firm up.
Preheat oven to 450°F. Break apart the beef into individual patties and remove parchment.
Spread onions on the bottom of the baking sheet. Add water, then place beef patties on top. Season with salt and pepper. Steam cook for 10 minutes.
Lay bottom halves of buns on the beef patties. Top with cheese slices, then cover with the top buns in a staggered pattern.
Bake for 3 minutes until cheese melts.
Transfer sliders to serving platter. Add pickles, ketchup, and mustard as desired before placing the top buns and serving immediately.
