Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 500°F (260°C). Place a pizza stone or baking steel in the oven while preheating.
In a small bowl, combine minced garlic and olive oil.
Stretch or roll out the pizza dough to your desired shape and thickness.
Brush the garlic oil evenly over the pizza dough.
Sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper.
Dollop ricotta cheese over the dough.
Top with sliced mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
Carefully transfer the pizza to the preheated pizza stone or baking steel.
Bake for 8-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven, slice, and serve immediately.
