  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Remove the outer leaves of the cauliflower and trim the stem so it can stand upright.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Brush the entire cauliflower head with the olive oil mixture, making sure to get into all the crevices.
  • Place the cauliflower in a baking dish and roast for 45 minutes, or until tender and golden brown.
  • Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes

Feel free to add other spices or herbs to your liking. You can also sprinkle some parmesan cheese on top during the last 10 minutes of baking.
