Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, combine the chopped pears, apples, orange segments, and grapefruit segments.
Gently fold in the pomegranate seeds and chopped fresh mint leaves.
In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice and honey until well combined. Pour the dressing over the fruit salad.
Toss gently to coat all the fruit with the dressing.
Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
