For the Spicy Chicken Wings: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, whisk together hot sauce, honey, garlic powder, and paprika.
Add chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat evenly. Place wings on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until cooked through and lightly browned.
For the Mini Veggie Quesadillas: Lightly grease a non-stick skillet or griddle.
Place two tortillas in the skillet. Sprinkle half of each tortilla with cheese, then top with chopped bell peppers, onions, and black beans. Fold the other half of the tortilla over the filling.
Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Remove from skillet, cut into wedges, and repeat with the remaining tortillas.
Serve the wings and quesadillas immediately.
Notes
Adjust the spice level of the wings by using more or less hot sauce. Serve with a side of non-fat Greek yogurt for dipping.
