Almond Flour Tortillas

These easy almond flour tortillas are gluten-free, grain-free, and perfect for tacos, wraps, or quesadillas!

  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 0.75 cups Water

Preparation Steps

  • In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour and salt.
  • Add olive oil and water; mix until a dough forms.
  • Divide dough into 6 equal portions. Roll each portion into a 6-inch circle.
  • Cook tortillas in a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat for about 1 minute per side, or until lightly browned.

Notes

Store leftover tortillas in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
