  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 0.75 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 cup Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Place chicken breasts in the bottom of a crock-pot.
  • In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
  • Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly, until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
  • Pour the sauce over the chicken in the crock-pot.
  • Cook on low for 4-6 hours, or on high for 2-3 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Shred the chicken with two forks.
  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and add to the crock-pot with the chicken and sauce. Stir to combine.
  • Serve immediately and garnish with extra parmesan cheese and chopped parsley if desired.
