Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool completely.
In a large bowl, beat together sweetened condensed milk, cream cheese, and vanilla extract until smooth.
In a separate bowl, beat whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust. Sprinkle with crushed candy canes.
Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
For extra peppermint flavor, add a few drops of peppermint extract to the cream cheese mixture.
