Candy Cane Pie Recipe

  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup Sugar
  • 0.25 cup Butter, melted
  • 14 ounces Sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 cups Whipping cream
  • 1 cup Crushed candy canes

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
  • Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool completely.
  • In a large bowl, beat together sweetened condensed milk, cream cheese, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, beat whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust. Sprinkle with crushed candy canes.
  • Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

For extra peppermint flavor, add a few drops of peppermint extract to the cream cheese mixture.
