Chicken Parmesan Recipe

A classic Chicken Parmesan recipe with juicy chicken breasts, flavorful tomato sauce, and melted mozzarella cheese.

  • 4 cups Chicken Breasts
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1.5 cups Breadcrumbs
  • 2 cups Marinara Sauce
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoon Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Pound chicken breasts to even thickness. Dredge in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Place chicken in a baking dish. Top with marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, and parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
