Chocolate Chip Banana Yogurt Bars

Delicious and healthy banana yogurt bars packed with chocolate chips. Perfect for a quick snack or dessert.

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup mashed ripe bananas
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, mash bananas and mix in brown sugar and yogurt.
  • Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let cool completely before cutting into bars.

Notes

Store leftover bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
