Ready in 30 minutes, these cheesy and easy Bisquick Sausage Balls are an addictive party appetizer recipe that can be prepared ahead! Made with savory pork sausage, sharp cheddar, and flavorful herbs and spices.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper, set aside.
In a large bowl with a hand mixer (or stand mixer with paddle attachment), beat together all ingredients.
Scoop mixture with a large cookie scoop and roll with your hands into golf ball-sized balls. Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a little space in between each one.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown and the sausage is cooked through entirely.
Notes
These sausage balls can be prepared ahead of time and frozen before baking. Just add a few extra minutes to the baking time if cooking from frozen. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
