Fudgy Chocolate Pudding Dessert

This healthy, no-cook chocolate pudding is naturally sweetened with honey and takes just 5 minutes to make. It's also dairy-free, gluten-free and can be vegan!

  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • 0.25 cup cocoa powder
  • 0.25 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 0.25 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 0.5 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation Steps

  • Put all of the ingredients into a blender or food processor (I used my hand blender, since it's a small batch) and blend very well, scraping down the sides as needed.
  • Pour into a bowl and cover and chill. The pudding thickens and sets up in 25-30 minutes.

Notes

The pudding thickens and sets up best when chilled for at least 25-30 minutes before serving.
