gluten-free 7-layer bars

These gluten-free 7-layer bars are a delicious and easy treat, perfect for potlucks and parties! Made with a gluten-free graham cracker crust and topped with chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, coconut, and nuts, they're sure to be a crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 1.5 cups gluten-free graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup melted butter

Topping

  • 1 cup chocolate chips semi-sweet
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup shredded coconut sweetened
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 oz

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  • In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  • Sprinkle chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, coconut, and pecans evenly over the crust.
  • Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Let cool completely before cutting into bars.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips. You can also substitute other nuts, such as walnuts or almonds.
