Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add softened butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Beat until well combined.
Gradually add boiling water, mixing until smooth.
Drop by rounded tablespoons onto prepared baking sheets.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are set.
Let cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
