Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking sheet.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, tapioca starch, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
Add the olive oil and warm water. Mix until a dough forms.
Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for a few minutes until smooth.
Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a hot dog bun.
Place the buns onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Notes
These buns are best served fresh. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature.
