Preparation Steps

  • In a large bowl, toss tortilla wedges with olive oil and sea salt.
  • Arrange tortilla chips in a single layer on baking sheets.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Let cool completely before serving.
