Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large skillet, brown the ground turkey over medium-high heat. Drain any excess fat.
Stir in the taco seasoning and add 0.5 cup of water. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the liquid is absorbed.
Divide the cooked rice, black beans, corn, and seasoned turkey among four bowls.
Top with salsa, shredded cheese, sour cream, and diced avocado. Serve immediately.
