  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 0.5 tsp Baking Soda
  • 24 pieces Cadbury Egg Kisses

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and baking soda. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  • Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on prepared baking sheets.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden. Immediately press a Cadbury Egg Kiss into the center of each cookie.
  • Let cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
