Preparation Steps
Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract and caramel sauce.
In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
Pour the filling over the crust and spread evenly. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
Drizzle with salted caramel sauce and sprinkle with sea salt before serving.
Notes
For best results, chill the cheesecake overnight. Enjoy!
