No-Bake Salted Caramel Cheesecake: 7 Simple Steps to Bliss

This no-bake salted caramel cheesecake is easy to make and requires no baking! Perfect for a quick and delicious dessert.

Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.33 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 0.25 cup Granulated sugar

Filling

  • 24 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup Salted caramel sauce

Topping

  • 0.5 cup Salted caramel sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Sea salt for sprinkling

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract and caramel sauce.
  • In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Pour the filling over the crust and spread evenly. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
  • Drizzle with salted caramel sauce and sprinkle with sea salt before serving.

Notes

For best results, chill the cheesecake overnight. Enjoy!
