No-Bake Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake

A delicious and easy no-bake cheesecake with a crunchy strawberry topping.

Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.33 cup Melted butter
  • 0.25 cup Sugar

Filling

  • 16 oz Cream cheese Softened
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Heavy cream

Strawberry Crunch Topping

  • 1 box Strawberry gelatin
  • 1 cup Boiling water
  • 1 cup Cold water
  • 1 cup Strawberry ice cream crunch

  • Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and heavy cream. Beat until light and fluffy.
  • Pour the filling over the crust. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  • Prepare the Strawberry Crunch Topping . Let it cool then poor it over the cake . Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
