Instructions
Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and heavy cream. Beat until light and fluffy.
Pour the filling over the crust. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Prepare the Strawberry Crunch Topping . Let it cool then poor it over the cake . Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
