  • 0.5 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 3 cups Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 4 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese Sharp or mild, your preference

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain well.

  • In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour until smooth. Gradually whisk in milk until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly. Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until thickened.

Notes
