Parmesan Roasted Potatoes

Crispy roasted potatoes tossed in Parmesan cheese and herbs. A simple and delicious side dish.

  • 2 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese Grated
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp Rosemary Dried
  • 0.25 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Wash and cut potatoes into 1-inch cubes.
  • Toss potatoes with olive oil, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Roast for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

Notes

Serve hot as a side dish with your favorite protein.
