Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Wash and cut potatoes into 1-inch cubes.
Toss potatoes with olive oil, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Spread potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Roast for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
