  • 1.5 lb Thinly Sliced Steak such as ribeye or sirloin
  • 1 medium Onion sliced
  • 1 medium Green Bell Pepper sliced
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper
  • 6 slices Provolone Cheese

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook steak over medium-high heat until browned. Add onions and green peppers; cook until tender.
  • In a bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread cream cheese mixture in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with steak and vegetable mixture.
  • Arrange provolone cheese slices over the top.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes

Serve hot with crusty bread or over rice.
