Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, cook steak over medium-high heat until browned. Add onions and green peppers; cook until tender.
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Spread cream cheese mixture in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with steak and vegetable mixture.
Arrange provolone cheese slices over the top.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
Serve hot with crusty bread or over rice.
