This Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Pie combines creamy peanut butter filling with a chocolate cookie crust, topped with chopped Reese's Cups.

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs about 12 full sheets
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream divided
  • 0.5 cup sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 10 Reese's Peanut Butter Cups chopped

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into a pie pan to form the crust.
  • Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
  • Beat the cream cheese, sugar, and peanut butter together until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, whip 1/2 cup of heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the peanut butter mixture.
  • Spread the filling over the cooled crust.
  • Chop Reese's cups and sprinkle over the filling.

Notes

For best results, refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours before serving.
