  • 2 lbs beef chuck cut into chunks
  • 1 cup calabaza peeled and diced
  • 2 medium yucca peeled and diced

Preparation Steps

  • In a large pot, brown the beef chuck over medium heat.
  • Add water to cover the meat and bring to a simmer. Cook for 1.5 hours.
  • Add calabaza, yucca, and other vegetables. Simmer for an additional hour.

Serve with white rice and avocado slices on the side.
