Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Grease 4 muffin cups.
In a blender, combine eggs, cottage cheese, Gruyere cheese, bacon, chives, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
Pour mixture into prepared muffin cups.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until set. A knife inserted near the center should come out clean.
Let cool slightly before removing from muffin cups. Serve immediately.

These egg bites can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
