Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat. Drain off any excess grease.
Stir in taco seasoning and water. Bring to a simmer.
Add diced tomatoes and elbow macaroni. Stir well.
Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until pasta is cooked through. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
Remove from heat and top with shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream, if desired. Serve immediately.
